You could also make the main cooking surface a versatile custom brick oven, like the ones from Round Grove Products! If you have the budget to spare you could also include more than one of these surfaces in your outdoor kitchen to make the ultimate cooking space.  Seating: When planning for an outdoor kitchen you should also think of the space as an outdoor dining room as well because if it is p...

Brick Oven Utensils

Image
Although you may already have too many kitchen utensils cluttering your drawers, when you decide to buy a brick oven and create an outdoor kitchen there a few more items you should consider adding to your collection. Pizza Stone: A pizza stone helps you cook pizza the way it was intended to be cooked by providing a hot surface that will cook the crust first rather than every component of the pizza at the same time. Although pizza out of the brick oven will be better than a normal oven, no matter how you cook it, the pizza stone can help you bring it to the next level!  Infrared Thermometer: This is an important thing to obtain when you get a brick oven so you can accurately measure the interior temperature of the oven itself. Obviously, it will not have the traditional digital temperature that is found on normal home stoves, however, this device will help you ensure that your meals are still cooking at the correct temperatures.  Ash Bucket: One important thing you need to do ...

French Onion Soup

French onion soup is one of those comfort foods that just warms the soul. Savory, cheesy, brothy goodness in a bowl. Just make sure the bowls you use are rated to withstand 500-degree temperatures. The directions call for the first few steps of this recipe to be prepped on a stove, but you could also use a gas grill. The soup will, of course, be finished in the brick oven . STAX: Modular Brick Oven System

Image
We love providing brick ovens to our customers, no matter the location that they want their unit placed. However, because of issues with land shape and object clearance problems, we can provide a modular build that can be brought in to your living space using smaller equipment so that nothing can stand in your way of getting your own brick oven from Round Grove Products !  The STAX modular system we use to install your brick oven begins with you deciding if you want simply a fireplace, a brick oven or a combo unit in your living space. After you make this decision, it is determined what pieces are needed at the worksite as, depending on the model and build selection, some units have more or fewer modules than other units do. These pieces are then brought to your home to install as we would a normal single piece brick oven, but with smaller stand-behind equipment instead of our normal larger equipment. Although this process will take a little more time than a normal Round Grove bric...
