Best Wood for a Brick Oven

                 After setting up your wood-fired brick oven, that you purchased from Round Grove Products , you are now ready to fire up your oven for a nice homemade pizza. But wait! You don't want your pizza tasting smoky or smelling a bit musty because you were using the wrong type of firewood.      Not all wood is created equal when it comes to wood fired ovens and not all firewood contributes to a delicious flavor while cooking in the fire.
