There are a lot of things to consider when you are trying to decide what style of brick oven is right for you. You may be asking yourself ‘how much will I use it’? ‘Will I burn everything I make’? ‘Will cooking in a brick oven help me win MasterChef’? Unfortunately, we don’t have all of the answers for questions like that. However, we can give you tips for making the decision about what type of brick oven you should get.  The first most obvious decision that comes when you are looking into brick ovens is deciding whether you want just simply a brick oven or a brick oven-fireplace combo . They may not sound very different, but this step is very important in making sure you get what you want. The main factor in this decision is use of the oven. Are you going to be using this brick strictly for cooking and then heading back inside to enjoy your meal? You may want just a brick oven then. It’s finally beginning to feel like summer so now it’s time to crank up those brick ovens to full blast and have them cook your favorite dishes, old and new. Everyone thinks of pizza when you’re discussing how to cook with a brick oven, but there are enormous possibilities cooking whatever you desire in your own oven. We are going to discuss one of those possibilities today, as we introduce Wood-Fired Salmon. For some delicious Wood-Fired Salmon you’re going to need the following ingredients and follow the instructions below: Servings: 3-4 Portions Prep Time: 20 Minutes Cook Time: 8-10 Minutes Ingredients · 3-4 Pieces Atlantic Salmon (or other variety if preferred) · 3 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) Enough to brush on both sides of the fish · 1 Tbsp brown sugar · 3-4 tsp Combined Spice Mix Your choice of salt, pepper, herbs, basil, shallots, or any favorite combination · 1 small bunch Fresh Dill Chopped ·
