We’d like to share our special cinnamon roll recipe for our wood-fired brick ovens with you! We love enjoying hot cinnamon rolls fresh out of the brick oven!  Ingredients: Dough – 1 ¼ cup of all-purpose flour, ¼ cup of sugar, 2 teaspoons of instant yeast, ½ teaspoon of salt, ½ cup milk (about 120 degrees), 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 egg, ½ cup additional flour Filing – 2 tablespoons softened butter, ¼ cup brown sugar, 2 teaspoons cinnamon Frosting – 1 cup powdered sugar, ¼ teaspoon vanilla, about 2 tablespoons milk Directions: Combine dry ingredients (four, sugar, yeast, salt) in a bowl.
