3 Quick and Easy Brick Oven Pizzas


The base of each of these wood fire brick oven pizzas will be the same quick and easy pizza dough. For the dough you will need:
  • 1 Tablespoon Yeast
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 1/2 – 3 Cups All Purpose Flour
  1. Preheat your brick oven to around 450 degrees
  2. In a large bowl, mix together yeast and sugar in the warm water until dissolved
  3. Allow mixture to sit for 10 minutes
  4. Add salt and olive oil to the mixture
  5. Start adding flour ½ cup at a time
  6. When dough starts coming together and is no longer sticky, knead for 3 minutes
  7. Roll out and top as you like!
You will need:
  • 8oz fresh mozzarella, cubed
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup fresh chopped basil
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 ½ cups canned tomatoes
  1. Finely crush the canned tomatoes with hands and mix in garlic and salt to make your sauce
  2. Spread sauce evenly over pizza dough
  3. Sprinkles mozzarella cubes and basil over the sauce
  4. Drizzle with olive oil
  5. Bake in preheated brick oven for 5-10 minutes, checking regularly
You will need:
  • Cubed, cooked chicken breast
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup fresh, shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 cups chopped spinach
  • 1 cup alfredo sauce (homemade or canned)
  • 1 head of roasted garlic
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  1. Spread roasted garlic and alfredo sauce over pizza dough
  2. Spoon on and swirl in ricotta cheese
  3. Sprinkle on cubed chicken and mozzarella
  4. Drizzle with olive oil
  5. Salt and pepper to taste
  6. Bake in preheated brick oven for 5-10 minutes, checking regularly
You will need:
  • 1 cup tomato sauce (homemade or store bought)
  • 20-30 pepperoni slices
  • 1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped basil
  1. Spread pizza sauce over pizza dough
  2. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
  3. Place pepperoni evenly around the pizza
  4. Sprinkle with parmesan
  5. Drizzle with olive oil
  6. Top with red pepper flakes and basil
  7. Bake in preheated brick oven for 5-10 minutes, checking regularly
