It’s finally beginning to feel like summer so now it’s time to crank up those brick ovens to full blast and have them cook your favorite dishes, old and new. Everyone thinks of pizza when you’re discussing how to cook with a brick oven, but there are enormous possibilities cooking whatever you desire in your own oven. We are going to discuss one of those possibilities today, as we introduce Wood-Fired Salmon.
